Excerpt from "La Musica Notturna Delle Strade Di Madrid" No.6, Op.30 by Luigi Boccherini.  I first heard this in the movie "Master and Commander - The Far Side of the World".  The arrangment is for two instruments:  harp, and either melody-high or melody-low (I think it sounds best with horn on melody-high).
